Beef. its what’s for dinner 300, also known as Daytona 300, is the first race of the NASCAR Xfinity Series, held a day prior to the Daytona 500 at the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida.
The race is sponsored by the beef checkoff, a marketing program run by the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) to increase the demand for beef, and this is where it got its unique name.

History
The inaugural race was held in 1959 under the name “Modified Sportsman Race.” Later, it took place annually, and the name changed many times due to sponsorship reasons. It is known as Beef. It’s What's For Dinner 300 since 2021.

About the Race
It is a 300 miles (480 kilometers) race contested over 120 laps on the asphalt-based race circuit. 

Following are some of the most famous drivers having the most titles to their names:

Ralph Dale Earnhardt and Tony Stewart are the two well-known American stock car racing drivers, each with seven titles to their names.
The last event was held in 2022, won by Austin Hill, an American race driver.
