History
United Rentals' inaugural race was held in 2003 under the name “Advance Auto Parts 200” and was part of the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series until 2020. It was moved to the schedule of the NASCAR Xfinity series in 2021.
Before 2021, it was known as the NASCAR Hall of Fame 200. The race was renamed to its current name in 2021 due to its sponsorship agreement with United Rentals, an American-based and world’s largest rental equipment company.
